GeoCom is the Association for Geographic Information’s flagship event, and the largest independent event in the UK GI calendar that is organised for geospatial professionals by geospatial professionals

Big Data Conference Europe 2024
This is one of Europe’s largest AI, Cloud and Data conferences, this year in Vilnius, Lithuania with a full day of workshops (in person) and three days of conference (in person/online). It’s focus is on technical discussions in areas such as Big Data, Data Science, Machine Learning and AI, aiming to bring together developers, IT professionals and users. Over 700 people, 60 plus talks, 4 plus workshops and 4 tracks.

The 16th International congress on Geomatics & Geographic Artificial Intelligence Applications (Geo-Tunis 2024)
The Tunisian Association of Digital Geography, in collaboration with The Saudi Geographical Society , The Euro-Arab Union of Geomatics and the Arab Union of Surveying, and in partnership with the Journal of Geographic Sciences, is organizing the 16th International Conference on Geomatics and Geographic Artificial Intelligence - Geo-Tunis, in the city of Hammamet from November 18th to 22nd, 2024.

UN GGIM
The United Nations Committee of Experts on Global Geospatial Information Management (UN-GGIM), in collaboration with the Government of México through Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (INEGI) will convene the Seventh High-level Forum on United Nations Global Geospatial Information Management with the theme "Accelerating Implementation: Achieving Resilience" in México City from 8 - 10 October 2024. This seventh edition of UN-GGIM's High-level Forums will continue UN-GGIM's regular high-level, multi-stakeholder discussions on global geospatial information management, through the convening of global forums, aimed at promoting comprehensive dialogue among Member States, and between Member States and relevant international organizations, UN system entities, and stakeholders.

INTERGEO 2024
With over 300 speakers and 17000 attendees this is one of the largest conferences for everything geospatial, geoinformation and land management under one roof. Big focus on survey including terrestrial and airborne so if you are interested in drones and their capabilities and the possibilities one to watch.

As it states, Europe's leading business event dedicated to the UAV industry. Co-located with the AAM Expo over 2 days with 300 exhibitors, 150 seminars and 3000 visitors. Key theatres will be keynote, surveillance, future of flight and commercial. Key speakers of interest include Darryl Abelscroft (UK DoT) on the vision between government and industry on the future of flight, Starr Ginn from NASA on the strategic view of the larger AAM ecosystem, Philipp Schartau from McKinsey discussing how to unlock AAM market success and Jam Hartley from the CAA discussing Vertiports.

First Advanced Air Mobility Symposium (AAM 2024)
The first ever AAM Symposium with the theme of 'Advanced Air Mobility global harmonization and interoperability: Challenges and opportunities' aims to build on the developments of DRONE ENABLE focussing on new mobility concepts such as eVTOL, vertiports, automation and integrated airspace. Expect key stakeholders from industry, academia and government with specific attention given to ongoing ICAO work related to AAM that thet feel needs a joined up approach to facilitate their integration into the global aviation system. There will be networking opportunities, showcasing of R&D and commercial/non-commercial activities and exhibition and sponsorships available intended for a wide-ranging audience.

Near Surface Geoscience 2024
Explore three key areas: 30th Conference on Environmental Engineering and Geophysics, 5th Conference on Geophysics for Mineral Exploration and Mining and for those interested in advanced application of technology the 4th Conference on Airborne, Drone and Robotic Geophysics including Drone technology, terrestrial and space-borne remote sensing, data integration and AI and application for engineering and environmental focus. IEEE International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium
Leading meeting of more then 2500 scientists and professionals in the Remote Sensing field worldwide. The theme is 'Acting for Sustainability and Resilience' and it's aim is to stimulate debates for opening science and innovation towards the creation of innovative solutions for the benefit of societies. It will emphasise the UN 2030 Agenda on sustainable development.

Elevate Africa Summit
Held in Nairobi, Kenya, this expo is pitched as your gateway to the African sky. It’s aim? A chance to engage with and contribute to the drone revolution. Held over 2 days, there are more than 10 UAS demos, over 20 countries represented, more than 30 leading experts providing insights and 50 plus exhibition booths with the latest in UAS and tech.

GEO Business Show
Key conference for all things Geo and Business in the UK. A huge expo and sessions covering all aspects of geospatial including of course drones, remote sensing and the latest innovation. Amsterdam Drone Week
A full day conference bringing together key organisations in drones and air mobility to talk about shaping the future of scalable air mobility sevices. In our own words, it's about urban air mobility that focuses on connecting communities (e.g. last mile delivery or EV transport) and use in inspection, emergency service and security. More interesting are the themes: building a global regulatory framework together (something we addressed recently at the Drone Awards with Ajuno, deployment of AAM infrastructure, roadmap for automated/digital flight rules and shaping the future of integrated skies. With 70 hours of programmes, 250+ speakers and 3000+ attendees and covering topics from urban air operations, policy and regulations and use case solutions it aims to provide a pretty comprehensive experience! The big names will be there from Airbus, Boeing and Telespazio to ICAO, EASA and the EC. Potentially interesting speakers could be Frederic Malaud (Remote Pilotd Systems, ICAO), Vassilis Agouridas (Head of EU Public Co-Creation, Airbus Urban Mobility) and Mildred Troegler (Director of Global Airspace Integration, Boeing)

Geospatial World Forum
One of the premier geospatial conferences it's an annual gathering of professionals and leaders representing the entire ecosystem of public policies, national mapping agencies, private sector enterprises, multilateral and development organizations, scientific and adademic insututions and large end users from government businesss and citizen services. This year the theme is transistion to power the world economy and will show how mainstreaming geospatial tech across critical sectors (energy, defence, telecom, infrastructure, climate, land etc) is fundamental to growth and all around resilience

GEOINT 2024
The conference for the Intelligence Community to understand, present and discuss the key trends, opportunities, challenges and innovations in defence and security. Earth Observation for Energy (EO f4 Energy) Workshop
The Geological Remote Sensing Group (GRSG) Americas, in partnership with the University of Houston, invites you to a workshop focusing on the role of Earth Observation (EO) and remote sensing in the Energy Industry.
As the industry moves towards sustainability, driven by Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations, the significance of EO and remote sensing continues to grow.
